A plumber you can call twice.

Since 2009

A plumber you can call twice.

Most of our work comes from people who already had us out once. That shapes how we quote.

How this started

One truck, and a rule about honest numbers.

This started with one van and one rule: tell people the truth about what their house needs, even when the truth is cheaper than the job you drove out to sell. That rule is the entire reason there's a second truck now.

Plumbing is bought under pressure. Something is leaking, the water is off, and a stranger with a clipboard is telling you what it costs. The only way that transaction works is if the number is fixed before the work starts and the person quoting it will still be reachable next year.

So we quote flat, standing next to the problem. We show you camera footage even when it says you don't need the expensive repair. And the plumber who did your job gives you his number, because he expects to hear from you again — for the next thing, not for the same thing.

One truck, and a rule about honest numbers.

How it goes

Three steps, no surprises.

01

We answer

A plumber, not a call center. You describe it, we tell you on the phone whether it's an emergency or whether it can wait until morning — including when the honest answer costs us the call.

02

We arrive and explain

We look, we test, and we show you what we found. Then you get the number, in writing, before anything starts. Nothing happens until you say yes.

03

We make it right

The work gets done, the site gets cleaned, and the old parts leave with us. You get photos, the warranty, and a plumber's direct number.

Our promise

The part you can hold us to.

Written down, because anyone can say it on the phone.

  • On time, or you hear it from us first
If the truck is running late you get a call before the window closes, not an apology after.
  • The price is agreed standing next to the problem
Flat rate, quoted in writing, before a tool comes out. It doesn't move because the job took longer.
  • Shoe covers, drop cloths, and we haul the old part
You shouldn't be able to tell we were there except that it works now.
  • You see what we see
Camera footage and photos go to your phone — including the ones that say you don't need the expensive fix.
  • Fixed means fixed
If the same problem comes back inside the warranty, we come back. No second diagnostic.
The part you can hold us to.

Who shows up

The people at your door.

Owner Name

Owner · CSLB qualifier

Started on a truck in 2009 and still runs emergency calls. Every quote over a certain size crosses his desk before it reaches you.

Lead Technician

Lead plumber · sewer and drain

Runs the camera and the jetter. If you've had a line inspected by us, he's the one who walked you through the footage.

Dispatcher Name

Dispatch

Answers the phone days and most nights. She's the reason the arrival window you're given is one we actually hit.

The paperwork

Everything you can verify.
